ClickHouse released v26.3.3.20-lts on April 1, 2026, opening the new 26.3 LTS branch. ODS currently runs v26.2.6.27-stable. The 26.3 LTS branch brings a production-hardened long-term support release with packages available for Debian, RPM, and tarball formats across x86_64 and ARM64 platforms including macOS. LTS branches receive security patches and critical bug fixes for 12 months, making this a recommended upgrade target for ODS production deployments.

ODS Impact
ODS Data Platform uses ClickHouse as the OLAP store fed by Redpanda via the Kafka engine and Debezium CDC. Upgrading from 26.2 stable to 26.3 LTS provides a more stable upgrade path with longer support window. Plan upgrade in a maintenance window: test with current Kafka engine configs and materialized views before deploying to staging. The new LTS branch is supported through at least Q1 2027.
