The headline addition is /customer-research: a full-stack skill that analyzes interview transcripts, surveys, and support tickets; scrapes Reddit, G2, Indie Hackers, Hacker News, LinkedIn, and YouTube; extracts Jobs-To-Be-Done with confidence scoring; and generates structured personas. The project has 17.8k GitHub stars and 2.7k forks. It is installed via `npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills` and runs entirely as markdown skill files with zero runtime dependencies. No backend infrastructure or API keys required for the agent itself — scraping targets are public sources.

ODS Impact
ODS is a B2B SaaS digital services platform targeting multi-tenant enterprise customers. This toolset is not directly relevant to the ODS technical stack (Rust, Redpanda, PostgreSQL, Tauri, Actix-web, etc.). However, it has two indirect use cases: (1) The ODS growth/marketing team or product owners could use /customer-research to mine G2, Reddit, and HN for feedback on competitor document-signing and CLM products, feeding KEBA/OSIGN positioning; (2) The /revops and /churn-prevention skills could assist the billing-engine team in designing churn flows and MQL-to-SQL pipeline stages for OSIGN SaaS. No integration work required — these are Claude Code skills installable on any developer machine. Not a technical dependency, no pipeline changes needed.
